Wow !! Wonderful service very accommodating. I really enjoyed my buying experience. Jason was very helpful and had all the answers to any questions we had . He even stayed late on a long weekend Friday to help me install a kayak rack on the new vehicle. I would recommend dealing with him to anyone.
Professional, efficient, friendly We live far away form the GP Nissan and we had a tight window to arrange for replacing our vehicle with a new one but Colton Lehoux did a great job with arranging everything for us ahead of time. I was amazed how easy the experience was. Colton made sure all the required customization was done in time for us to leave with the perfect vehicle. The customer experience at this dealership has always been remarkable and this time was no exception.
Best service we’ve ever received We were visiting Grande Prairie when we encountered some issues with our vehicle, we were no longer on warranty and to top it off it was a Sunday, all mechanic shops were closed and all rental vehicle places were closed... it was a very bad day as our stress level started to increase non stop. We came in for a service on hubby’s vehicle. Ahmed and Brett came over to chat and before we knew it we were working a deal on a new rogue in the colour we wanted and all the features. Dustin worked his magic and we drove away extremely happy!!! By far the best dealership and team we have ever dealt with!
