Nissan has Friendly, helpful staff, easy to deal with. Brandon made sure everything went smoothly and even updated me after hours so I knew where things were at.
I worked out a purchase from Edmonton to avoid dealing with the TERRIBLE Edmonton salespeople. No forced financing, no huge up-sales when I said I wasn't interested, no pressure to buy extended warranty. I got the same year, make, and model of car with 10,000 fewer kilometers from Grande Prairie for $3000.00 less than in Edmonton. My only nitpick is they put multiple Grande Praire Nissan stickers and a license plate surround on the car. I had a great experience with Nissan . I went to a couple dealerships before them and had bad experiences leaving me with less hope and Nissan really came through for me plus more. Great people. Great atmosphere. Will definitely make them my first choice in the future.
Good people, honest and very patient. Very picky with my vehicle and they got the vehicle that I wanted, payments also was a big thing for me and they got me within my budget. Will recommend again.
Colton was phenomenal, not only did he believe in what he was selling, he made us feel like friends rather than customers, and he wanted us to end up with a quality product that we could rely on. He also bought us lunch while we were waiting on the banks to approve our loan. I have absolutely no bad things to say about Colton, or the Nissan dealership in Grande Prairie.
This is my fourth vehicle that I have gotten from Nissan will never go anywhere else people are great here and Catherine Cristobal who sold me my suv was great with me and my family.

Just bought a 2023 Pathfinder ! This is my 6th brand new vehicle and I have to say this buying experience was the best by far ! Customer service from all staff was exceptional.
