Friendly, punctual, informative Staff was friendly, informative, punctual, fast. Staff consistently kept me updated on the work being done while I was drinking coffee and watching Sports channel in the main lobby. Thanks.
Great Customer Service Dropped my truck off to have tires installed, the staff was very courteous, and helpful. When the truck was finished one of their service employees delivered the vehicle to my place of employment. This to me is above and beyond what anyone would expect. Awesome dealing with you.
My first car :) Was my first time looking into financing a vehicle, i knew what i wanted as far as payments go and how much i wanted to be spending in the long run, and Kyle was a very big help with that, he did not stop looking until i was satisfied with the numbers and the vehicle that he had found! Everything was done in a quick and timely manner as the vehicle i was driving was falling apart. He was very understanding and it was by far one of the best experience i have ever had dealing with a sales person :)
Great customer service I got in for oil change at 5.45pm, didn't realize they close at 6pm. Kenan let me in without any hesitation and answered all my questions. Explained to me patiently at the end of the service even it was 10 minutes passed the close time. Definitely recommend to others.
Warranty work and driveline service I brought my truck back for warranty parts and Driveline service and wheel alignment. Everything went well the price cane in alot less then quoted that was nice. Thanks to the service staff over at Gp nissan I had a great return.
A very positive experience The salesman, Jason Gillet, tried to find the vehicle my wife and I wanted to buy and not necessarily the one he wanted to sell. I did not at any time feel pushed into upgrading, or making a choice I did not feel comfortable with. He was very knowledgable, informative, and professional.
