Exactwhat I was looking for! I called up the dealership an Kyle Thorne helped me out. I explained what I was looking for, he watched for a couple weeks until a vehicle that I was just interested in arrived. He called me right away and got the process started. Kyle was helpful, always available, answered every question, and listened to every comment. Kyle made sure I am completely satisfied with my purchase. I will recommend Kyle and his team whenever I get the chance!
Great overall experience Ahmed El Tayeb was incredibly helpful. The sales manager,James, was involved and stayed late to be sure our experience was great. The business manager, Ted, was helpful and also stayed late to help us. Our overall experience with this dealer was fantastic, and most importantly my wife left with a huge smile on her face. 100% customer satisfaction Everyone here has been great to work with and have gone out of their way to provide excellent service. We were out of town and so most of our dealing was done over the phone. It was no problem to find the exact color and model of Murano that we wanted with fast delivery to the dealership. Great Experience! I recently moved to Grande Prairie from B.C. and came to GP Nissan to look at used SUVS. I sat down with Ahmed and Kyle and they found the perfect SUV for my family and I. They were incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and patient - even helped me find a good deal insurance hunting. They went above and beyond, even returning my rental car to the airport for me.
