Great Experience for a first time buyer! Just a fantastic overall experience for a first time new car buyer. Everything was explained to me and I felt totally at ease. I appreciated all of the little details that Ahmed took care of, when he put my old plate on my new car he even took the time to go and clean it off! Excellent Customer Service Thanks to Grande Prairie Nissan for the excellent customer service on the purchase of my parents 2018 Murano. Jason was very professional, knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the options with my parents. I even learnt a couple things that I didn't know about my Murano! Overall it was great service from sales, to the sales manager to the finance department. We would highly recommend purchasing from Grande Prairie Nissan!! Thanks Jason!
Friendly and efficient Everyone in service was very friendly and willing to fit me in despite my coming in at the end of the day! They made sure I got fit in and completed my oil change and looked at my vehicle for problems even though I came in with no appointment
