Really great experience buying our new Nissan, the entire team was great. I usually hate buying cars, these guys made the experience so nice.
The dealership and staff were pretty good. That finance lady needs a raise for the magic they work. But 5 hits to the credit check was a bit rough. The service department needs to contract a better company for the back to new package that will work weekends, as not everyone can take days off whenever during the week. With an issue that came up with my vehicle, I was told that they had to diagnose the problem or my warranty may not cover it, but I'm supposed to be able to have the work done anywhere. Overall I had a really great experience at this dealership. Nick who was a great salesperson and helped me through choosing the best car for my family. He was so patient with us and if I could, I would put more stars for Nick!
