The sales staff are great and the managers are willing to work with you. The only problem I find is trying to get a hold of management sometimes otherwise great service.
My husband bought a brand new Pathfinder from Sophear and his service was amazing! We love our new Pathfinder. Sophear even stopped by our house to help set up our homelink to the vehicle and give us a walk around of the features as we were in a hurry when we picked it up and didn't have time for him do so at the time of pick up. Thank you Sophear!

Sophear and Aaren are fantastic to work with. They are both very pleasant people and their customer service is real, not phony. There was another older gentleman whom sold my daughter in law her vehicle and he just comes off as very phony and a fake person. I made sure I didn't go to him even though I was referred to him. He never followed up with my daughter in law after she spent more than $70,000 on a Pathfinder. I even over heard him telling another sales person that I was a waste of his time.
