Three weeks ago I past by the Toyota Dealership and I turned back to Toyota Dealership I saw a 2011 Toyota FJ Cruiser at the used lot I asked for the prices so I decide to think about . My 2022 Camry xse sunroof was stuck slightly open . I heard horror stories of $7000.00 repair jobs …I had no choice I HAD TO GO TO THIS ONE …I heard stories of poor service . Anyways told the tech what was the problem…said I just want it closed for now …well …his response …well to close it we will have to take it apart and inspect what is wrong …a costly inspection . Went to my dealer in Milton …They say yes to fix can be very costly but we can close it using the “ diagnostics”….cost 168.00$ Stay away from this plafe
Years of dealing with them. The last event has been. Horrible. Occasionally, the car will not turn off. Sometimes, it will not go into gear. the screen shuts down for no reason. The Toyota app is not available. Other problems with electronics all of which are intermittent. Have to book serviced appointment 2-3 weeks in advance. When you book an appointment they do not confirm it so you have to do it again.
Had a problem with the vehicle not shutting down. Called service and got flipped to voice mail and left a message. Waited an hour or more before calling again and was directed to voice mail. Called the reception who promised to connect me to service.Called twice more to reception. Again, landed in voice mail xxxx. They came and grabbed the car without speaking to me. I cannot believe, I got soaked almost $500 to install a new oxygen sensor! 😳 on a 2008 Lexus ES350. They charged me one hour for diagnostic! Which takes about 10 minutes and one hour for installation.
