Friendly, quick and easy. We drove in from Ontario to have our Toyota Tundra serviced. Staff was very friendly and honoured our requests for assistance with the truck’s computer, as well as removing the locking lug nuts and replacing them with standard ones. They were done in the time frame they said - we were on our way with no hold ups. Thank you!!
No high pressure tactics here. Just bought a used vehicle and didn't experience any high pressure sales tactics. I had looked at the vehicle about a month ago and then went back recently and made a deal. Kelvin was great to deal with.
Friendly and knowledgeable service staff The service folks are exceptional! Very knowledgeable group, they treat their customers with respect, explain what needs to be done, but are value conscious and don't push you to make unnecessary repairs They know their customers by name, and when you walk in are greeted personally.
