1. They are prompt & stick to their schedule when servicing your vehicle. 2. They do excellent repairs the first time in that you don't have to return. 3. They are curtious and very pleasant. They seem genuinely pleased to see you. 4. They go the extra mile. They have lent us vehicles to go shopping while our vehicle was being serviced. 5. This is very hard for me to say but Funks Toyota screwed up in my mind they are still the best outfit out there but They Screwed up. My fabulous 2010 tundra of magnificent piece of machinery has some issues the sensors or should I say all the sensors started misbehaving which blew my mind. Show the original quote was thousands of dollars but that's the way it is when you have a truck that has 315,000 km it did not surprise me and then my nephew who is a senior executive with Toyota opened my eyes about dealerships. Disappointing Good interaction during the sales process. Brought Tacoma in for service, engine was not heating up to normal operating temp in the winter. Their solution, replace the air filter in the heater as it had a bit of dirt in it. Did nothing to resolve the engine not heating up properly. After driving from Winnipeg to Steinbach for service and that is the best they can do to resolve a problem, decided it is too expensive to get our vehicle serviced there.
