Great deal and great service I walked in and traded my lease in no time. Ended up with an upgrade for virtually the same monthly lease payment. Melissa was fabulous and can't forget to mention Mike ... loved the flowers! Lovin my new ride!
The best.. Waterloo Forbes Toyota’s service is exceptional : We are repeat customers with Waterloo Forbes Toyota and recently purchased a used Lexus from them. Though it didn't show any signs during the test drive, problems cropped up later that week after we had purchased the vehicle. It would vibrate intermittently when the engine was strained lightly. Excellent experience at Forbes Waterloo Toyota I had a great experience buying a used 2011 Sienna. The staff was very friendly and professional, I ended up paying a fair price. When the van's brakes started to pulse a bit after a few months they replaced the rotors and serviced the vehicle for free! I love this place and contrary to another review I found Kevin Dimitry to be very reasonable. Mike Taranto is a great no pressure salesman and the financial guy, Dave Kirby, was excellent as well.
Bought a 100. 000$ truck from them brakes started scratching 4000km later!!! do to them not lubricating any of the Components !!! When I asked them to take care of it I was met with an Arrogant Service manager !! Stating basically not there problem they don’t need to lubricate anything !!! Purchased my Toyota RAV in late August, my RAV was mess when I got it, back spots all over exterior and rims, from rust proofing, windows you could still see where stickers were. Purchased a winter package, still haven't received them, mid November now, I would rather go to the dentist and get a root canal done, then deal with Forbes Toyota.
So, as a follow up to a previous review, some of the parts for my new car that I purchased at Forbes arrived and after all the miscommunication, my parts finally were installed. One item was the Toyota Dashcam. After a week of trying to get the app to work (no one explained the wifi or password), I looked up and lo and behold...a filthy ceiling in the car. Worse experience I had the worse experience working with one of the salesman at Waterloo Toyota. His name is John Leonard. I am traumatized after dealing with him. He called me unfair, rude, and yesterdays called me a liar over the phone. He was pressuring me to make the deal but when I said I need to see if I am getting the best offer that's when all the aggressive tactic came out. Poorly Managed Servie Department The service department at this dealership is so poorly managed is scary. I purchased a 2018 highlander for my wife. When we picked the car up it was dirty and low a quart of oil. I paid for PDI....for what ? Manager tells me to bring it back so they can make it right Bought a 2019 platinum tundra and paid for the ECP. Took the truck home and there was residue left on the roof form the shipping wrap.
