Service great except for two grumpy employees. Overall a really good experience with the service department. They were pleasant and efficient considering how busy it was. The only complaint was that the positive environment was interrupted when I was sitting down with the service advisor going over why the vehicle was being dropped off and a older gentlemen came over with the report of the condition of the vehicle upon drop off and forced it across the desk and before the service advisor had a chance to say thank you because... read more

Service par excellence Cannot say enough about the excellent service that we received from Youssef. Started back in June 2106 when we called and talked to Youssef about what to do after our 350Z was flooded in the rain and hail. Made the whole buying experience enjoyable Based on earlier contacts with Andy Miller, we finally decided on a Murano and the team made the decision easy. They showed flexibility when our first two choices weren't available and we are extremely pleased with the result. A new Murano with the colour and options we wanted.
Excellent I dealt with Sid and Tirtha and what a wonderful car buying experience they provided. Sid was friendly and was extremely knowledgeable when answering our questions and really provided an overall positive experience for us. Just like Sid, Tirtha was extremely friendly and really wanted to make sure that we were being taken care of and he worked with us to make sure that we were 100% with our purchase.
Great relaxed experience We went into Fish Creek Nissan with the idea of looking at the Rogue. Lee approached us and asked a few questions. We totally felt at ease with no pressure. While we were waiting to go,out on a test drive with Lee, Mike came up and introduced himself to us and again made us feel at ease.
