Steve didn’t try to sell unnecessary stuffs like other advisors do. He’s very accommodating and knowledgeable. He’s afront with the possible charges and services to be done. One thing more, the dealership is very accessible. The only thing that’s missing is the detailed visual report like before e.g. brake pads size, rotor etc.

They were knowledgeable and friendly. Did a good job even though my vehicle was not manufactured by Nissan. I have an older vehicle so I appreciated having the multi point inspection and required maintenance brought to my attention. I was pleasantly surprised to return to my vehicle and find it had been cleaned inside and out.
