Fish Creek Nissan has always provided excellent service. Not keen on the recent renos, I prefer sitting at the service advisors desk to the stand-up service counter. When you enter and leave the service area, the sliding doors to the drive-in open. Service advisor was Amanda, not on the list.
I felt welcomed by the friendly and courteous staff as soon as I came in the service entrance. They were professional and polite. The shuttle driver was also friendly, as was the Uber driver Ace(he even offered me a piece of gum). Everything went smoothly and when I picked up my car it was in pristine condition. Thank you once again for your excellent customer service. Definitely value for money.
