Thank you for taking care of the issues I identified promptly and professionally. They were swiftly resolved.
Everything went well with my car’s service. The check-in was smooth and the service was completed in a timely manner. When I received the call to advise that my car was ready I was able to arrange a pickup from my home which arrived promptly. All in all my car service went well. The only criticism I would make is that I’m not impressed with the new customer waiting area. The previous area was great. The new one is rather cramped and not very inviting.
The people in the service department are incredible, fast, honest and willing to help however they can.
Overall good service in my experience. Some bits are disorganized when there is meant to be communication between departments which have resulted in unnecessary delays in my particular instance. But they own their mistakes and do their best to make it right. Will continue to go to them for my vehicle service needs. i have now purchased two preowned vehicles from them. Other than the above, no complaints at all.
Thank you to the great service from Steve Eadon ! He was able to accommodate my concerns . oil changed tires rotated and checked my battery all within great time. And had me on my way as I do live in Chestermere Thank you !
