Overall staff were very friendly and personable. Staff were also very helpful to address any concerns I had. The only thing i was a little uncomfortable with was my keys being left on the dash of my open vehicle after work was done. I’ll just have to request they are left at the counter next time
After 5+ years service is now better but was not great initial 5years when I purchased prepaid maintenance package
Service writers are always super, no issues with any aspect of the service department however calling in can be quite painful at times. On hold times need to be improved
They are are extremely pleasant and very helpful. My experiences with Karmin (salesman), Jack Pigeon (Service representative), Nick (financial manager) have wonderful and amazing.
The service department is very organized, with friendly associates. The work they preform is accurate and reasonably priced. I really appreciate their convenient south Calgary location!
