I booked an appointment over the phone. The lady said she needed all of my information and serial number because I was a new customer. She said she needed to check to see if there was any recalls on my vehicle, she said there wasn’t. Checking in took way longer than I thought it should. The process was about 20 minutes. When I arrived at the dealership, I was quickly greeted by ( Representative) Emma. She was very friendly and greeted me with a smile . She was very efficient and knew what needed yo very done. After going over the forms a0nd what needed to very done, she pointed out to where I could go to the waiting station. Had a very positive experience and would return again. Thank you.
