Lease buyout. They don't make any money, so you get very polite bad service. Had an appointment for noon with the service manager. drove two hours to get there. Three other people were in and out of his office while he tied up deals. At two o'clock we could get in to see him. Did the paperwork, but he said he couldn't issue a bill of sale that day, that it would be done the next. Se we are driving a technically unregistered vehicle. I needed a new lease. ...decided to try Nissan instead of Ford again...big mistake! Make promises they can't keep and then blame Nissan Canada and or myself for their incompetence. They would not redo my lease contract even though it had not been 30 days.....every time I asked got a different excuse why they couldn't do anything to help me with my issues, and or they ignored me.
