Great car buying experience This is my 5th Toyota from Rick Frayne and I would never go anywhere else. Trade-ins are always fair, new cars are always pristine and ready on time. All employees know their vehicles well and discuss your needs honestly without the stupid spin that I have had from others. As a woman, I am always treated as well as male customers and that is not always the case in this business. Terry Hoffman was exceptional in this regard. In short, a fun experience, as always.

Worst service experience of over 50 years of car ownership. Our 2019 RAV4 sat at the dealership for a month before the problem was diagnosed and supposedly fixed ($2,900). Car failed again within a week of leaving the dealership. Had to take it to another Toyota dealership who diagnosed the issue within a half hour.

Dwayne is not honest, wouldn’t even give him a star. I take my vehicle to have the gps upgraded and somehow on exeters watch my radio stops working, and won’t turn on at all. They take no accountability and want me to pay for the $1600 radio. They said they would order a new radio and they never did. Just wiped their hands clean. Dwayne said it was lost in transit meanwhile Toyota Canada let’s us know the order was cancelled. Justine Frayne (GM my a**)was no better. We have used Exeter Toyota to purchase and service our vehicles for 30+ years. They have always dealt with us honestly, fairly and courteously. No pressure sales and no upsell, we have always felt that the people at Exeter Toyota have had our best interests at heart. In short , they are worthy of our trust. We only wish that every business that we deal with was conducted in the manner of Exeter Toyota.

I got my new toyota back in july and I feel now is a good time to write this review. Upon receiving my car I noticed a smudge on the windshield which turned out to be a defect. My brand new car needed a new windshield fantastic. When i called them to tell them about the problem the first troubleshooting method I was told to do was to take a razor blade to it thats right a razor blade to my brand new 60k car. Failure to fix my brakes... even though they had the car for 1 week...5 trips to Exeter at my expense(250 min driving) Failure to provide good service...Terry in service hangs up on me Failure to provide good after sales service...4 months and I'm doing a brake job Failure to come to an agreeable solution to the problem...lots of blaming/excuses but no solutions I took my car to Real Toyota mechanic and and it was fixed in less than 1 hour Failure to retain any of my future business...and likely friends and family

Used car mechanically not operable I bought a used car there and started having problems immediately and they could not fix it, which got prolonged and they never fixed it. I took it to another dealership with the existing problem and Exeter Toyota said we don't have warranty for that car and will not compensate the new dealer or the customer. The Tundra purchased is a lemon. Continuous repairs since purchase with very little concern for your client. The vehicle could now be considered dangerous and we are powerless to the dealer and Toyota Canada.
