Honest, sincere, hassle-free and best value around. Even though I live in London the trip to Exeter was well worth it. Sales reps at both London dealerships were dishonest about vehicle availability, and would not provide transparent and reasonable pricing. Exeter Toyota was honest at every step of the way, did not play games to try and up-sell me, and had the best price. Incredible Service at Frayne's Exeter Toyota!!! Ron Rader was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it came to helping me buy a new vehicule. Ron took the time to make sure I knew what I was buying and that it was the right buy for me. He was friendly, funny and above all knew his product. I will definitely have my vehicule serviced at this dealership!

Excellent service before, during and long after the purchase I have dealt with Frayne's Exeter Toyota for 25 years at this point. I've always felt valued whether I was in the market for a new vehicle or having an older one serviced. The people make the business in terms of customer service and I can't say enough good about each and every one of them. Very pleased with our experience at Frayne's Exeter Toyota. Friends had recommended we visit Frayne's Exeter Toyota in Exeter. We live in London. We wanted to lease a new Corolla. We were currently leasing a 2015 Toyota RAV. We met with Ron Rader and he was just excellent to deal with. We had a new Corolla within days of meeting with Ron and we couldn't be happier with it. Overall, a great experience. :)

Barcelona Red Samantha was a pleasure to deal with. She answered all of my questions and concerns about buying my new Tacoma TRD Off-Road. Samantha went out of her way to make sure I could take delivery of my Tacoma as quickly as she could. Always had my best interests in mind. This is my first experience with Frayne's Toyota, so far my experience has been great. This is a dealership that I would recommend to my friends, not something I usually do.
