Excellent service and friendly atmosphere The power steering on my 2003 Highlander was gone. My car was towed to the dealership where Mario took care of me. A diagnosis was made within a few hours and it was apparent due to the age of the car, new hoses were needed but needed to come from California... where could take 10 days-2 weeks to get in. Great service and quality I've acquired 2 cars at this location. The service is great. Everyone is very friendly. Geoff Hills and Mick make car buying an enjoyable experience! My general comments to Toyota for improvement... Faster in and out. It took me over 3 hours for a simple negotiation and I knew the make and model when I walked in the door. The finance and maintenance upsells are very high pressure bordering on inappropriate. But that is becoming the stats quo. That said this is my dealer and team of choice.
Great Experience The customer advisor was very knowledgeable. He explained all the features of the car in a detail manner. He was very patient and understandable when I stitched from lease to finance. It took us little long to settle down the price but all work out. I am glad that I made a right choice.
I was taken care of from start to finish I entered Erin Park Toyota and Met Larry Kuka who helped me with all my questions concerns and options including my need to take delivery in a fairly short time frame. Larry was able to find and deliver the vehicle on time taking care of all the details so I didn't have to worry or get bogged down in paperwork.
