So delightful for quick response and kind offer I had an issue with Erin park Toyota about oil change experience, but the assistant manager learned what happen, make quick response and a kind offer orally for a free oil change the next time. Mr. Harry Tam also sent a email attachment of Erin park Toyota maintenance manu to explain what included in the package. So appreciated and strongly recommendation service can be done in very satisfactory fashion at Erin park Toyota.

New vehicle purchase The Sales Manager, Dane, Sales person Shad, and Finance Manager, Emily, were excellent in their attention to detail in all aspects of my purchase. Shad was exceptionally helpful at the time I took delivery of the vehicle.
Great Customer service I didnt end up buying today but I will certainly come back for a purchase just because of the warm, friendly service that i recieved.
