On 28-Oct-2024 I took delivery of my new vehicle from Larry Kuka. I have been affiliated with Larry since 2006, and this is the third vehicle which I have purchased through him since that time. Larry is a consummate professional, his courtesy, etiquette and knowledge are second to none. He makes the entire sales process seamless with a relaxed and no pressure approach. As always, it is an immense pleasure dealing with Larry and I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking to purchase a Toyota vehicle.

Service took 4 hours, more than twice as long as originally predicted. In my judgement, this was mainly due to late start of the service and inefficient organization. No shuttle was provided. Customer was told to wait “a bit more” many times and ended up having to wait 4 hours for the car. Service rep was polite, apologized profusely, and due to the delay, he waived the warrantee required 1st service fee, which I appreciated. At the end, repair was completed to my satisfaction.

I first bought a new Corolla XL 2013 from Erin Park Toyoto in 2012 that I exchanged with a new Corolla XL 2016 in 2016. In 2019 exchanged Corolla 2016 with a new RAV4 XLS AWD 2019 and recently I got a RAV4 XLS AWD 2024. In all 4 deals I found Erin Park Toyota representatives very courteous, helping and knowledgeable.
