Toyota backs their product! I have a 2011 Toyota Rav4. It had paint peeling problems (for that year and paint code) for which I was sent an unsolicited notice early 2020 after car is 9 years old to take in for evaluation to have a repaint evaluation under a recall for that issue. The evaluation was approved and they re-pained the whole vehicle no charge.
