Sagar the representative provided excellence service in diagnosing the noise in the heater fan and recommending and carrying out the repair with minimal expense. The repair was finished in an hour.

Worked with Fahab twice now, got a highlander from him last year, and now got a Camry couple days ago. Both times he was an excellent help, very professional, and kind. From the time I first leased my car until 4 years later on my lease buyout Ranjiv has provided excellent customer service. I purchased my winter tires in Erin Park Toyota for my new Highlander. The winter tire came in about 2 weeks ahead of the scheduled first maintenance service for my Highlander. Instead of me going back after two week for the scheduled first maintenance service for my Highlander, they were kind enough to arrange that the winter tire installation and the first maintenance service be done at the same time. For shuttle service booking staff needs to be trained very poor service needs improvement . Every time have faced problem
