I recently bought a Nissan Rogue 2022 from Ericksen Nissan. Rahul was my Sales contact (as referred by a friend) and David looked after us in the finance department. From first contact Rahul was very patient and welcoming, and David made sure we were looked after in the finance department. My white Fusion was amazing, but there was a problem with it, sadly. The dealer acknowledged this and supported me. Ericksen Nissan took great care of my husband and I! They took the fusion on trade in for them to fix up and take the stress off me. Ryan was able to get us approved for a 2023 Nissan Rogue Platinum with the premium package. The best part is the welcoming feeling without that type of pushy that makes people want to leave. Service department has always been good. Transactions on buying my fourth vehicle since 2006 at this dealership was painless. I actually don’t give a xxxx about cars and easily walk away, but Raj and manager Ryan made it easy to stay. I wanted a predictable monthly payment for a reliable vehicle with a servicing deal and they made this easy.

Friendly and incredibly helpful the moment I walked in and met with Raj in sales, Matt the new car manager and Ken in finance. They helped me through the process and answered all my questions so I could make an informed decision on my purchase. Being a Nissan owner since 2010, I wanted to upgrade my ride, with a trade in. I had a bad experience at the original Nissan dealership I bought from and was about to give up but decided to give Nissan one last chance, and went to Ericksen, and I am glad I did.
