I drove right in , the service person gave me an overview as to what was Being done As soon as I arrived . He was courteous and knowledgeable.
Express change was good , pulled right in! Still took an hour for oil change though! Also the oil is to be changed every 16 thousand kms but dealer is recommending like 8-10 thousand so kinda strange for Toyota to be changing things up

The staff and management at Ens Toyota went above and beyond to help me navigate my last service. They provided me with guidance and ensured that I got the proper work done in a timely manner. When they found out that I was travelling on the highway in the next week, they advised me in how to contact Toyota if needed. I really appreciated the care that was given to me!
Always super friendly, helpful, let you know ahead of time if something needs to be fixed that isn't covered under warranty instead of charging first. Best car maintenance experience I've had since owning my Rav!
