While delivery of the vehicle was an issue in date and time, this was out of the salesman's control, and it was duly recognized as that by this customer. Direct Nissan and Chris made my purchase decision simple and efficient. I flipped my 2018 Murano for a 2021 model with hitch and roof rack. These guys made it all seamless!
Chris is an excellent sales person, definitely knows what he is talking about and is very easy to talk to. As for the financial advisor John, he was trying to sell add-ons for ridiculously high prices. I think the dealership needs to rethink the prices, especially when it comes to the window tinting that somehow costs 5 times as much as anywhere else.
