a new beginning I have owned 7 Honda's in my past 30 years ,bought and leased .Great product and they always kept their pricing within their range but lately are sacrificing within their finishes and sometimes quality . I truly enjoy the comfort and posture the Rav 4 has to offer and the quality of the finish is very nice . Not plastic everywhere . No pressure, Reasonable trade in on old vehicle, third time buying, they did cost analysis that led me to purchase a less expensive model. No pressure sales.

time of delivery of vehicle Nick was welcoming. He spoke French to us which we appreciated. On the day we took delivery of our vehicle, inside the vehicle, Nick explained VERY FAST how to work certain parts of the safety package, how to program telephone numbers etc. I am Jacques's wife and I have trouble understanding modern technology; instead of slowly explaining how to do it, Nick simply did it for one telephone number, a few radio stations...I was so stressed out that I did not understand anything he was doing or saying... read more
