I had such a wonderful experience with the Toyota team while purchasing my 2016 RAV4 recently. This is the most fun I’ve had buying a vehicle! Everyone was so friendly and helpful! Especially, Tom Everson and Troy Hickman, who went out of their way to ensure I had the perfect vehicle when I drove off the lot!

When I first spoke with a dealer about buying my Rav4 at the end of my lease , he tried to convince me to buy or lease a new Corolla as the buy-out was more than the value of the Rav. He was wrong!
I was disappointed that my vehicle was not ready as per the contract and yet I was expected to take it. I know you wanted my trade but in all fairness I should have been given an option before arriving at the dealership and plates transferred
