New Toyota Corolla purchase We had great experience. Alex the sales person was very knowledgeable, polite, helpful and friendly. The car was prepped and ready to go when we arrived to pick it up.
Excellent service as well vehicles I never had any issues shopping here and felt like I was always in control not being pushed to buy something I didn’t need I won’t shop anywhere else this is my second car from this dealership with no issues with either one......Thanks

When I bought my rav 4 from this dealership I paid for complete detailing once a year for as long as I owned the car. After a couple of years they told me they no longer have that program and will not honor it going forward. Well I blew up at them, made a scene and they decided that from now on they would detail my car. We took our 2005 Camry in to get the door locks fixed with the fob. After paying $180 per hr. to diagnose the problem they wanted me to pay $946 for parts up front. I was concerned so I asked to speak to the mechanic who diagnosed the issue and he assured me he was 99.9% sure this was the problem. Turns out he misdiagnosed the problem. I am out $1250 and no fix and I went on line to see this is a common problem with all Toyota so much so Lemon Law is trying to secure a class action lawsuit against Toyota. service done to my truck cost 1500 more than quoted AND when returned to me wires from behind dash were hanging all ove floor mat in front of gas pedal. when showed to them they pretty much called me a liar and said I musta pulled them out. absolute insanity ! think some techs are smoking a bit too much weed on their lunch breaks . take your vehicle elsewhere for service if you can
I wish I could rate this place with zero stars. My disappointment with Comox Valley Toyota is profound and I strongly caution anyone who wants to have a service relationship with this dealership after the purchase of a new vehicle to go elsewhere. My windshield wipers on my GX470 failed. After my initial visit, and the promise of a quote right away, I had to call 2 days later, as I did not hear back. This dealership is nothing but lip service!!!! Bought Tundra they promised leather seats...Had to have the truck done twice as bad service..and my truck was broken into parked on the dealership property...Everyone at the time was concerned...I was promised gas cards and a certificate to kingfisher...It has been two months have not heard from dealership and never did receive any certificate or gas cards....Tundra is now due for first service....Will Not Be Dealing with this dealership ever again!!!!!!
