Always exceptional service! Always excellent service. People often think getting your car serviced by your dealership is over priced and that is simply not true with Chomedey toyota. Only positive things to say about the entire staff. Mr Chaput was a great sales representative and listened to my needs. I am being happy to have done business with him.

First class service Appointment was for 715 and car was ready by 815 as promised. Service technician kept me appraised of the time and what was done. Great service with very clean waiting area.

Service rapide, courtois et amical.p Premièrement, la date et l’heure du rendez-vous me convenaient parfaitement et ont été respectées. Un minimum d’attente au comptoir du service pour parler au conseiller en service Benoît Plouffe qui a été accueillant et attentif à l’écoute de mes petits problèmes. Service de raccompagnèrent impeccable. Retour de mon véhicule à l’heure convenue ce qui a été très apprécié! Somme toute, excellent service sur toute la ligne!

Great Rav4 Good dealership quick service. No surprises in the final price. The new car was delivered quickly and with no hassle. Salesman wasn't pushing to buy a new car on the spot. He told us to take our time.

Came in for a noise complain while driving, they said it was a driveshaft. I approved the work on the driveshaft. When it was time to collect the vehicule, there was a lit up 4WD on the dash. They said the light was already on when they worked on the car... If the light was already on, I would have mentioned every pertinent details and have it written on the work order. The light came on while the car was in their custody from thursday to tuesday. They rather shift the problem to the client instead of taking responsability. ... read more

J'ai commandé un Rav4 prime il y a 2ans et demi. À l'époque je me sentais en confiance avec ce vendeur et ce concessionnaire. Tellement en confiance que je n'ai pas mit de dépôt pour être sur la liste d'un autre concessionnaire. C'était une grosse erreur. Nous venons de recevoir notre auto et nous avons vu tout un autre côté de ce concessionnaire. Horrible first time dealer experience. I bought a used Toyota Sienna 2011 minivan from them and the sales lady(Kim Desjardins) is a liar, dishonest, devious and least bother with customer experience. They sold me a car with major repair issues worth (8K) or more which they knew about in their inspection report back in October 13, 2022 When I asked for inspection, they refused and referred me to a private garage (Mecanique Langlois) who charged me 80$ and also didn't advised me about these issues except few minor issues. Good and bad I have a camery April 2017:Brought it last year to fix a noise. I was charged 2 hours for the mechanic to detect the issue (supposdwly all are experts), not only that I have to bring ot back (since the claim was that the part has to be ordered) to install it and was charged for the labor too October 2017: brought the car to dix a noise. Was charged 89$ to investigate and the claim was no noise. I have to record the moise on my cell. Brought the car back with the recording. Guess what the mechanic when installing... read more
