Le service reçu par le représentant au comptoir, M. Mantikas, fut rapide et efficace. Par contre, lorsque j’avais appelé pour confirmer mon rendez-vous en avant-midi, la jeune réceptionniste me tutoyais tout au long, me disait que son système ne fonctionnait pas pour les rendez-vous et ne pouvait rien faire. J’ai trouvé qu’elle a manqué de débrouillardise et de professionnalisme. Mon changement de pneus s’est fait en 2h, comme on me l’avait indiqué. En somme, j’en suis satisfaite. Merci.
