We purchased a vehicle march 2022 and can't say enough about how amazing Maggie and Josh were. A total pleasure to deal with and turned a devastating situation we encountered from a different dealership into a positive experience. We purchased a certified used Rav 4 a couple of years ago from Canyon Creek. We discovered we had difficulties with the jack when we were changing our summer and winter tires. We asked what they could do for us, and were very pleased to find they do stand behind their products. Dave Moran provided us with a new jack. This may be a small item, but they would have been within their rights to decline to help us due to the time that had passed.

Canyon Creek Toyota staffs are proactive in notifying me ahead of their available vehicle that matches my preference. Maricel was very accommodating when we get in for the test drive appointment. she's quick in answering calls and helps us a lot with the vehicle OS and features. She and the finance manager Shaiful did not turn me down on the price deals, they promised me a $200 cheque. I think that's better at least! I recommend Canyon Creek Toyota to anybody looking for a friendly car dealer.

I have been in the auto industry for 20 years. The team at Canyon Creek were fantastic. When I walked in, the receptionist was very polite. A salesman came over to me and asked if I needed help. He was presently busy but immediately got Tyler to help me. Mark the used manager treated me fair on my trade, knowing I was not happy to see it go. Tyler showed me the Corolla and finance options. Canyon Creek Toyota gave me a very pleasant buying experience. Salesman Matt G was good to deal with as well as Manager Gary and The financing guy Ronnie. I have always been weary of dealing with Greasy dealerships but Canyon Creek was not like that at all.
