All good, quick and prompt service, always just a pricey venture. Staff are always friendly and car seems to be running much better then before.

Excellent service The dealer did an excellent job of providing needed service, completing the work with integrity, and finishing the work very quickly despite the fact they were busy and I did not have a scheduled appointment. Impressed that they did not complete requested work when they thought it might not be necessary without confirming with me. Also very impressed with the level of care taken in washing and cleaning my vehicle and the excellent follow up.

I purchased a 2010 Infiniti FX35 and I took it in with a part to have them put it in, as it turned out it was the wrong part but the technician could not figure that out right from the start, maybe he did but regardless I was charged the same price as if he would have replaced the part just under 200 dollars, I now needed to get a key fob programed and I went to a locksmith to have it done and was told I needed a 4 digit number to get it programmed, he told me that infiniti could give me the number by pulling up my VIN numbe... read more

After speaking with the Fixed Operations Manager, there was some disassembly involved in verifying that the part you supplied was incorrect. We had to remove the wheel, fender liner, fuel filler hose and mounting hardware to determine that the mounting hardware part that was provided was incorrect. Just an overall bad service experience at this dealership,it was not done on time and they gave my car back without cleaning the interior or exterior,and they had the vehicle for 4.5 hrs. that is NOT performance!
