Basem Sinjab was excellent This was the first time I’ve dealt with a car salesman that wasn’t aggressive. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable towards the vehicle I bought. Amazing experience Picked up a 2017 Nissan 370Z , phoned ahead to have a look at the car and was greeted by Mr. Shah on the phone who booked an appointment for me that worked perfect with my schedule . Walked in & was greeted in by Mr. Shah , such a friendly & comfortable environment he was able to make a deal for my dream car with a fair price backed with extended warranty right away . finalized sale on November 2nd , car was ready and in mint condition for pickup on November 6th . Great Experience We spent a lot of time with our sales rep as we were quite indecisive. I think we were at the dealership 4-5 times before we drove off with our Qashqai. We love it. It’s our only vehicle now and my wife hardly lets me drive it. We really enjoyed our sales rep Mustafa Alkaraguli. He was very patient with us and didn’t push us at all. We will be going back to this dealership for service and for purchases in the future.
Purchase of Used Vehicle We purchased a used Nissan Rogue 2016. The sales representative Alejandra Pulido was very professional person in her acknowledge of the product that was offered by Nissan. As a person she was very kindly and patient. Definitely we recommend this dealer to ours friends because they were very cooperative and advisory with us.
