Eric is a pleasure to deal with. He is most obliging, courteous and extremely helpful. But I did have a female who kept calling me reminding me that my Qashqai needed service and I repeatedly told her that I had no intensions of waiting 3-4 hours which I was told. I had another appointment close by and therefore was able to leave my car for service for a 2 1/2 period. In fact my car was ready in 1-1 ½ hrs. I only have approximately 7550 km. Due to Covid they are unable to offer the courtesy service of drop off or pick up.
It was my first time having service done at Avenue. Great job, Bravo. Paul and the crew took every precaution to be safe during Covid. Thank you

service was speedy and efficient. very much like the email status report. very fond of Nissan, but docking Nissan (not the dealership) one star for the exorbitant pricing on a tiny piece of trim that needed replacement.
