Amazing customer service Colton assisted me with purchasing my 2018 Altima a few months ago. He ensured the car was witthin our budget and that it met all our needs. Myself and my wife always fear purchasing new vechicles as the perception is that we will be taken advantage of. They do what they say they will do We contacted Uy (Wii) first by phone, telling him what we were looking for, that we had a trade and that we were serious about buying. Wii promised first to confirm that they had our vehicle on the lot and call me right back. He did. Then again by phone, we discussed price. He spoke to his Manager and confirmed that if we were satisfied with the car on the lot and they were satisfied with our trade, a deal was possible. It was great Colton was really fun to talk to and he was really interested in making my first car purchase a great deal. As soon as i walked in he recognized me and was immediately ready to greet me.
Best salesman in town! Enjoyed my experience over at 417 Nissan. I dealt with Elie the salesman and loved how he was so genuine, helpful and knowledgable. I bought a new Rogue not too long ago and the vehicle exceeded all my expectations! Definitely a 5 star for client service. Anytime I have questions, I call or email Elie and he's always available to answer me. I will be going back to 417 in the future but only dealing with Elie!
