Efficient, excellent, friendly and knowledgeable. Marcel greeted me at the door, showed me around the showroom, explained the Carfax report about the vehicle I was interested in as well as the financing options. Great deals and personal experience. I had a very positive buying experience. Michael was extremely polite and helpful. He drove and delivered my new car to me from Ottawa to Kingston. When he delivered the car, he showed me all of the specs in the car and showed me how everything worked. Patrick was great as well and he listened to all my concerns and helped me along the way. Patrick also worked with me to get the best deal possible. I would definitely work with this team again.
Helpful The dealership is good although getting a call back from some employees, besides the sales people, can be difficult. I understand this may be due to reduced workforce (considering Covid-19) so I am willing to cut employees some slack. Having said that, our salesperson was excellent.
