Michael was professional and patient as he answered all my questions and listened to my concerns about a number of items. He managed to accommodate EVERYTHING and I can't ask for more for a great experience. As a first-time used-car purchaser, this was a hassle-free process thanks to Michael and Dany, the finance manager who managed all the paperwork for me. I also had the chance to meet Tito from Head office who was very enthusiastic and friendly :)
Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The communication was clear and we always had everything that we needed through the process. An excellent experience overall.
