Came to 417 nissian to get my car fixed as it was under warranty. I went ti gatineau as it was the closest dealership, it took for 5k km of my warranty for thrm to tell me nothing was wrong with my car yet there was. They changed a couple parts but the issues never was resolved. I went to 417 nissian they knew the problem right away within an hr. They were able to get me in the next week. Excellent service, excellent sales, excellent overall. Like lots of people, I imagine, I've had some poor experiences with car dealerships over the years, BUT 417 Nissan has always been brilliant.

Purchased our Nissan used just over a year ago, resent engine issues brought me to 417 Nissan for service after having no luck getting it sorted at a closer location to my home, and ever since we have continued to drive the extra distance due to the service quality and friendly staff members like Cristine in the service dept.
