Oil changed and recalled turbo hose done. Great service dealing with Casey and thank you for the courtesy exterior car wash. However, I was a bit disappointed to find out that the oil change did not come with a 21-point inspection check, according to another service guy sitting next to Casey. No tire rotation was included as well, and if done, it would cost extra, from what I understand.
