Excellent customer service I have been to Brampton north Nissan and about to finalize the deal but they are trying to cheat their customers by not telling the truth. Purchase of a used 2016 Rogue I came to the dealership with the intention to purchase a used Rogue, and with in a short time I did! I had done the research, knew what I wanted and narrowed down the search to 5 vehicles. The first on the list was gone and I ended up buying the second one. The staff were very nice and friendly Salesman Adil was very nice. He doesn't put pressure to clients to sell the car. However Financial advisor Nabeel was nice as well. It's just how they present the final numbers shocked me although they explained it. Still I felt like they omit some.

Very good experience buyin a new vehicle Zaid greeted and explained the vehicle then put together the deal. Rahul improved and helped seal the deal. Nabeel processed the loan and paper work very professionally and also completed the signing and getting new winter mats for my new 2016 Rogue SL Premium. Huma showed how to use the new vehicle, installed plates and completed the vehicle delivery.
