I recently bought a pre-owned car at 401 Dixie Nissan and had an excellent experience, starting with Katelyn at the reception who managed to bring us in and put us in contact with Mohamed Muhsen. Mo provided us with excellent service and attention; he worked really hard to get us to the price we felt comfortable with and then he was very good at getting the car ready and delivered. Hammad with the Finance department was also very friendly and helpful. Overall experience was very satisfactory. Would recommend them anytime.
Nissan Murano 2018 I’m leaving this review because I felt it important to let others know that I had a very positive experience when I purchased my 2018 Nissan Murano S FWD from 401 Dixie Nissan a couple weeks ago. Excellent customer service, each individual masters his job. Haseeb Ali, Service Advisor, troubleshooted our car problem with maps breaking voice and fixed it in 5 minutes.
