Stress-Free Experience From test driving to finalizing the lease I had a great experience. Both the sales rep and finance manager were on the same page with the costs, and they were very honest with the payment breakdown, charges, and with what each step of the paperwork entailed.
Purchase of car and trade in. The Sales rep. Omar was very much helpful but Pre-owned Manager changed his mind at time of finalizing the deal. Found it very unethical and kept on haggling with the price and had to pay more then the price that was agreed. Wasted nearly 3.5 hours to sign the sell papers. Also be careful when taking the extended warranty. The finance manager will show you very high costs of rust proofing and tell you that you are paying very minimum for parts and labour on the extended 7 year warranty. Omar als... read more
Great deal, but Very satisfied with my salesman Ahad. He gave me a great deal both buying my old car and on my new car. From the very beginning he asked me how can we make this deal work, I told him I need $x for my old car and sure enough he gave me a price close to what I asked for. I wasn't impressed however with the finance manager. He introduced himself as representing Nissan Canada at the dealership which gave me the impression that he works for Nissan and that the prices he is presenting are from Nissan and are non ne... read more
