Good customer service. Everyone is polite and friendly. They shows what service a customer is going to receive, and the fee beforehand. You get to have complementary tea or coffee with donuts/muffins at waiting room. We appreciate a free car wash as well.
Jason was very helpful. He explained the importance of servicing my car on a regular schedule timeframe. Jason was able to arrange a ride as I had to get back to work. The work was completed in the estimated timeframe provided.
