We recently had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from Stadium Nissan, and it was hands down the best car-buying experience we’ve ever had.
We got the run around from another dealership so we decided to try Calgary. There was a used Kia Sorento we wanted and Rose the sales agent put us on whatsapp and showed us the SUV on video and answered all our questions. We put the deposit down and picked up the vehicle 2 days later. At no tome did I feel pressured to upgrade or purchase extra warranty.
I had an issue with my Pathfinder and my salesman extraordinaire, Carlton Perks, helped to put me in touch with their service department. He provided plenty of details of the new Nissan products and was kind enough to give me a ride while my vehicle was in for service! Prompt, Professional, calm, reassuring and never pushy: exactly what I am looking for. I'll be sure to see Carlton when I'm ready for my next Nissan!
The staff at Stadium Nissan are amazing. They accommodated me by letting me bring my car in for service one day earlier than what I had booked Adam was so nice and friendly and told me he would do what he could to help me. I got my tires changed and an oil change that day even though they where booked up.
Our Sales Consultant Rose at Stadium Nissan was excellent. She provided my wife and I with an outstanding "no-pressure" Sales Experience. She was very knowledgeable in helping us with the purchase of a 2020 Nissan Rogue. Her caring made a difference to us in our purchase.
