John kargakos was an absolute gem to deal with during my service visit. The night prior to arriving I had an emergency and still made it to my appointment. I let John know what had happened and he assured me I would be out quickly. He was empathetic and pleasant all at the same time. He spoke to his team and they made sure I was there for no more than an hour!
