Melissa in service was very helpful to me. I was scheduled for service while my sister was in palliative care at the cancer hospital. It took a few months for the RAV4 to get in but the wait was worth it for the color. Isaac was open, to the point and straight forward when discussing price, features and specs regarding the RAV4 we needed. It was good but didn’t get a car wash. Every other Toyota dealer always washes my car I’ve been to that was a little disappointing. Besides that I’m happy with my experience
