Often when I go to a car dealer I either get a high pressure salesman to I’m totally ignored. That was not the case at Regency Toyota. Today, we had a wonderful experience at Toyota Regency Vancouver. Jon Fernando, our sales associate is the best! Very professional. Could not recommend more. Previously, I had a terrible experience with Langley Toyota, but Regency Toyota stepped in and fixed everything. Kiah was excellent throughout the process. If I could give her more than five stars I would. Everyone throughout the process was personable and I would go back again in a heartbeat. Was looking for a Rav4 and Regency Toyota had a nice one advertised online so I went to have a look at it. I was immediately greeted by Jon Fernando who showed me the car and saw to my needs. Sales manager Danny Calusin was also very accommodating and even let me take the car overnight to really get a good feel for it. Went back and bought the vehicle the next day.
